Full details on the Imprint page.
Halka sends one video to the Instagram, YouTube and TikTok accounts you have connected, in a single pass. We publish on your behalf, with the authorisation you granted and on your instruction.
You sign in with your Google account, or with your e-mail address and a password. When you use Google we neither see nor store your Google password. An account you create with e-mail can sign in once you have verified the address with the 6-digit code we e-mail you; accounts that we create for you (for example for platform reviewers) also sign in with an e-mail address and password. The password is never stored in plain text, only as a salted scrypt hash. Keeping your sign-in details secure is your responsibility, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.
The service is not intended for anyone under 18.
You own the videos, images and text you upload. We claim no rights over them and do not use them for any other purpose.
The permission you give us covers only the technical steps needed to provide the service: storing your content, producing a cover image and thumbnail, converting it to the format the platform requires, and delivering it to the accounts you selected. That permission ends when the content is deleted.
We do not review uploads in advance. We reserve the right to remove content and close accounts when we receive a report or observe a clear violation.
Instagram, YouTube and TikTok enforce their own terms. Whether a publication is rejected, delayed, limited or later removed by a platform is outside our control. Likewise, a platform changing its interfaces (APIs) or withdrawing access may render part of the service inoperable.
Making sure your connected accounts are of the type the platform requires (for example a Business or Creator account for Instagram) is your responsibility.
By using Halka to publish to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Each plan has a monthly publication limit and a media retention period; the current limits are shown on the Plans screen. Once you reach the monthly limit, no new publication is sent until the month rolls over or you upgrade.
When the retention period expires, your video and cover image are deleted automatically. This is not a backup service — do not leave your only copy here.
No payments are currently taken in the panel; paid plans are not yet open. When billing begins we will publish the terms here and announce them in the panel, and existing users will be notified of any change in advance.
We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates or faults originating at the platforms.
You can close your account at any time from the Settings screen. After you request it you have a 6-day grace period in which you may cancel the request. When it expires, platform authorisations are revoked, your media files are deleted and your account is removed. This cannot be undone.
We may suspend or close your account in case of a clear breach of these terms, abuse of the service, or a legal obligation. We will give notice where possible.
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from content that fails to publish, publishes late or is removed by a platform; from the service being unavailable; or from deleted media files. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
When we update these terms we change the date above. We will notify you in the panel if a change is significant; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any consumer rights you hold that cannot be limited by contract remain unaffected.
